Please keep in mind that our items are handmade, meaning made by hand, not machine. Therefore, no two items will be exactly alike. Due to each of our items being handmade to order, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges and/or refunds. Our #1 priority is to give the best customer service, so if you are unhappy with something, please don’t hesitate reaching out to us.

Shipping

Most orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. If it is going to take longer for your order, you will be notified. All orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which will include a tracking number. If you need your order more promptly, there will be an additional charge; please notify us upon placing your order.
